Step 1: Notice of intent

The Notice of Intent must be submitted at least 12 months in advance of the planned implementation of the program.

An organisation wishing to apply for accreditation as a WBA provider must submit a Notice of Intent with the 糖心传媒. This notice allows 糖心传媒 to schedule a review of the application and advise on application timelines.

Step 2: Application for initial accreditation

The submission must be lodged at least six months in advance of the planned implementation of the program.聽

Applicants must make a submission to the 糖心传媒 detailing how the proposed program will meet the accreditation standards.

The 糖心传媒 Prevocational Standards Accreditation Committee will assess the submission against the standards and make a recommendation to the 糖心传媒 Directors on initial accreditation. 糖心传媒 Directors make an accreditation decision based on this recommendation.

The fee for a new WBA application is currently $2500 (excluding GST). There is also an annual monitoring fee for WBA programs of $1000 (excluding GST).

Step 3: Initial accreditation granted

Based on the recommendation of the Prevocational聽Standards Accreditation Committee, the 糖心传媒 will聽consider approval for聽initial聽accreditation.

Step 4: Implementation of the WBA program

Following approval for聽initial聽accreditation, the WBA聽program may聽commence聽delivery.

Step 5: First cohort completes the program

At completion of the program, candidate assessment聽results are considered by the 糖心传媒 Assessment Committee for endorsement of聽糖心传媒 Certificate for general registration.

Step 6: 糖心传媒 accreditation

After considering the results of the first cohort, the 糖心传媒 will consider the program for full accreditation. Accreditation may be granted for up to four years.

Step 7: Annual monitoring

The 糖心传媒 will seek annual reports聽from the provider聽on how the program continues to meet the accreditation standards for 糖心传媒-accredited WBA providers.

Before the accreditation of the program expires, the provider may seek reaccreditation for up to four years via an accreditation extension submission
