Manager, Prevocational Accreditation

糖心传媒 (糖心传媒) is seeking expressions of interest from internal employees for the role of听Manager, Prevocational Accreditation.

Reporting to the听Head, Accreditation Governance & Reporting, this leadership role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accreditation and monitoring activities related to prevocational training accreditation authorities, workplace-based assessment programs and pre-employment structured clinical interviews. The position provides strategic and operational leadership across accreditation activities, committee support, stakeholder engagement, policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accreditation and monitoring programs and activities.
• Provide expert advice on accreditation standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage committee work programs, governance processes and reporting.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and support a small team to deliver operational priorities.
• Champion culturally safe, inclusive and respectful work practices.
